Understanding your Energy Assessment report

An Energy Advisor can assist you with understanding your Energy Assessment report, help review recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades and help determine if pursuing the upgrades would result in significant savings.

Home Performance Plus Rebates

An Energy Advisor can help you find available rebates that may be used to offset the cost of recommended upgrades from your Energy Assessment report. These rebates can be from Home Performance Plus or locally available from other programs.

Your contractor and upgrade installations

Through our Home Performance Plus Contractor Network, an Energy Advisor can help you select a local contractor to install your recommended upgrades. They can also help you understand the contractor’s recommendations, their financing options, bids and invoices and other issues throughout the installation process.

Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”) has contracted with CLEAResult Consulting, Inc. ("CLEAResult") to design and implement an energy efficiency program and to deliver the resulting energy and demand savings to SCE. CLEAResult’s Home Performance Plus program is a local program for qualifying residential customers. Customers receive services and/or compensation directly, or indirectly, from CLEAResult based on individual agreements between the customer and CLEAResult or CLEAResult’s subcontractors ("Customer Agreement"). SCE is not a party to, or a guarantor of, the Customer Agreement. SCE has no contractual obligation, directly or indirectly, to the customer. SCE is not liable for any actions or inactions of CLEAResult, or any distributor, vendor, installer, or manufacturer of product(s) purchased or provided. SCE does not recommend, endorse, qualify, guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the services, work, quality, financial stability or performance of CLEAResult or any of CLEAResult’s distributors, contractors, subcontractors, installers of products, or any product brand listed on CLEAResult’s website or provided, directly or indirectly, by CLEAResult. Prior to entering into a Customer Agreement, customers should thoroughly review the terms and conditions of such Customer Agreement so they are fully informed of their rights and obligations under the Customer Agreement, and should perform their own research and due diligence, and obtain multiple bids or quotes when seeking a contractor to perform work of any type. CLEAResult is responsible for meeting their contractual obligations to SCE. If CLEAResult fails to meet their contractual obligations to SCE under their agreement with SCE, SCE may have the right to terminate the agreement between SCE and CLEAResult.
