Attic insulation
Rebate: $1.07 per sq. ft.
- Must be loose, blown-in insulation or batts (fiberglass, cellulose or mineral wool).
- Home must have one of the following combinations of heating and cooling equipment:
- Central A/C and gas furnace
- Central heat pump
- Electric heat with no cooling
- Limited to homes < 3,000 sq. ft.

- Limit one electrification rebate per home.

Ductless mini-split heat pump
Rebate if replacing gas wall furnace and window A/C: $1,144.80 per ton
Rebate if replacing gas wall furnace only: $600 per ton
- Must be rated 16 SEER2 or higher.
- Must replace a gas wall furnace (No Blower Fan), rated 67% AFUE or lower with or without a window A/C.
- Limit one HVAC rebate per home up to 5 tons.
